I really want to try this recipe for chai latte cookies, except it's about 97 degrees (F) today and I don't want to turn on the oven until the temp drops into the 70's. I might be waiting a while.
Why don't they call them bakies instead of cookies? It makes more sense because you bake them, no?

Cookie comes from the Dutch word "koekje" (in most Dutch accent pronounced the same as cookie).

Cookie Monster, in my head at least! This will likely be my first Fall
