A Mystery Gift

mysteryfront

This is the front.

I was fortunate to receive a sweet present from a writer friend who’d traveled all the way to the Island of Hakkaido, in Japan, this past summer.

mysteryback

This is the back.

I can’t read Japanese so I had no clue what this package held until she told me. When she did it became clear that she clearly knows my tastes. Can you guess what this is?

Here’s are a couple of clues: It’s not a jigsaw puzzle. Nor is it a box of flower seeds. Those might not be very helpful clues to help you guess, but helping out with elimination of possible guesses can be somewhat useful too. The answer, if not guessed in a comment before then, will be posted tomorrow.
