Anticipation makes for the best storytelling

I’m so pumped from tonight’s event in El Segundo, but I really need to rest because tomorrow is another exciting and long day.  I wish I could fall asleep more easily after nights like this but it’s pretty much a given that I’ll be tired for the next 30 minutes before I can finally fall asleep.

I went to a panel on customer services online and got really happy because what I heard validated a lot of things I’ve been watching companies do with varying levels of success over the past year.

In my next post I’ll try to articulate the fun I had in a coherent way. It’ll be worth it. 😉
